Think about this.
The Qatar World Cup could potentially be one of the biggest Dawah events in history.
Over 1 million people will be travelling to Qatar from across the world to watch the world cup.
For the first time many of them will be exposed to Islam. For the first time many of them will be hearing the adhan, 5 times a day for the next month.
According to some reports online Qatar is said to have brought in hundreds of Muadhins with beautiful voices especially for this world cup.
Also thousands have people have been brought together to invite people to Islam and give Dawah. And you've all seen the billboards with hadiths up in public.
Dr Zakir Naik who is well known for his Dawah activities has also been brought in, and according to one Qatari Da'ee apparently 558 people have already accepted Islam. Allah knows best what the true figure is, but by the end of the world cup I'm sure there will be many going back to their countries with a whole new outlook and belief.
